The Princess and the Goblin
George MacDonald's The Princess and the Goblin is a fantastical children's book. Strahan & Co. released it in 1872 with black-and-white drawings by Arthur Hughes. Beginning in November 1870, Strahan serialised the narrative alongside his pictures in the periodical Good Words for the Young.
