The Tale of Peter Rabbit
Beatrix Potter's The Tale of Peter Rabbit is a children's tale about a naughty and disobedient young rabbit who wanders into Mr. McGregor's garden and is chased about it. After he gets away, he goes back to his mum, who gives him chamomile tea and puts him to bed. In 1893, Potter's former governess Annie Carter Moore had her son Noel, then five years old, read the story.
